On Wednesday, 27th May 2026, BIC hosted a wonderful community gathering at Markfield Institute of Higher Education, bringing together families and friends for an afternoon and evening of fun, fellowship, and togetherness. Members of the community arrived throughout the day, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere as volunteers helped organise activities and prepare refreshments for everyone to enjoy.
The children had a fantastic time taking part in a variety of games and activities, keeping them entertained throughout the event. Laughter and excitement filled the hall as they enjoyed spending time with friends and making new memories. Meanwhile, the brothers took part in an enjoyable game of cricket on the grounds, encouraging teamwork, friendly competition, and community spirit. Families also had the opportunity to relax, socialise, and strengthen bonds with one another throughout the day.
As the gathering came to an end, everyone enjoyed food and refreshments together, reflecting on a memorable day filled with joy, friendship, and gratitude. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers and attendees whose efforts helped make the event a success.
